HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $9.99 for standard post, or $12.99 for express. Postage is free within Australia for orders over $150. Free postage is standard post only (not express).

For orders in New Zealand, standard postage is $15.00AUD, and express is $25.00AUD.

For orders in the USA, standard postage is $20.00AUD, and express is $30.00AUD.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Most orders are packaged in our branded canvas drawstring dust bags. These are a beautiful way of presenting your order, double as gift wrapping and are reusable. Multiple items in an order are usually packaged altogether in a single bag. If your order is too big for our canvas bags (ie large towels) it will be placed inside a cello bag. Then your order is placed into an enviro friendly or Australia Post satchel for postage.

HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONALISED ORDER TAKE?

Depending on the time of the year you order will depend on processing time. Orders placed around Christmas and Easter will take longer than orders placed other times of the year.  CAN I SEE THE STITCHING ON THE BACK OF THE BUNNY EAR?

Yes, you will see the stitching on the underside of the ear as the stitching goes straight through. The stitching is neat and tidy and is mostly hidden by the fur on the back of the ear by teasing and brushing the fur over the stitching.

DO I GET TO SEE A DRAFT OF MY PERSONALISED ORDER?

Yes, you will be emailed a design proof of your personalised order for your approval prior to the order being processed. We do not start stitching out your order until we have written approval from you to go ahead, so keep an eye on your emails and remember to check your junk and spam.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you are local, yes you can select to pick up your order at the checkout process. Pick up location is Blair Athol, South Australia.

CAN YOU DO A RUSH ORDER FOR ME?

CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECT TO THE RECIPIENT?

Yes absolutely. Just pop the recipients details in the shipping address at checkout. You can even opt to add in a gift card with your own special words. No invoices or receipts are ever sent with orders.

CAN I SEND YOU MY EXISTING ITEMS FOR YOU TO EMBROIDER?

Sorry, the simple answer is no. These requests get a little complicated so for various reasons I only embroider the stock I have on hand.
